I highly reccomend Stonelab.  They recently came to clean our kitchen floor tiles which had been laid by the previous owners back in 2011.  The results were unbelievable - returning them to their original colour has totally transformed the kitchen.  Not only are the results fantastic but Stonelab is a fantastic company to deal with. I had been looking for years for a company to help me professionally clean and re seal our beautiful Etruscan limestone floor . The stone had become discoloured with dirt sitting in the natural stone cavities. We found Stonelab through a google search and we could not be more thrilled . The staff of this lovely local family business seem to delight in renovating and restoring floors to the complete joy of customers ( me !)
